Use the NC CPS Class Request Form to submit a request to hold a CPS Training class in your community. Please note that there is heavy demand for training classes in our state. All efforts will be made to accommodate as many classes as possible, especially in areas of the state or communities where it is needed the most.

	The MS Word form may be submitted as an email attachment.

Instructors and class administrators must use the NC CPS Training Class Registration Form to register authorized State of NC sponsored and co-sponsored CPS training classes with the CPSRC. Contact the CPSRC for additional information related to class registrations.
