Registration Information

Please read the following information and instructions before continuing to the registration form.

Registration Fees:

The registration fees for the 2012 North Carolina Child Passenger Safety Conference are as follow:

  • Complete Conference (March 6th and March 7th )
    • $125: In-State (Early Registration) - Postmarked on or before February 17, 2012
    • $175: In-State - Postmarked on or after February 18, 2012
    • $175: Out-of-State (regardless of registration date)
  • One-Day Registration (Tuesday March 6th or Wednesday March 7th)
    • $75: In-State (Early Registration) - Postmarked on or before February 17, 2012
    • $100: In-State - Postmarked on or after February 18, 2012
    • $100: Out-of-State (regardless of registration date)

The registration fee covers breakfast, lunch, and breaks on both days plus a conference T-shirt. Registration fees must be paid by check, no credit card payments can be accepted.

Registration Scholarships:

Thanks to the support of the North Carolina Governor’s Highway Safety Program, a limited number of conference registration scholarships have been made available to cover registration fees for the 2012 North Carolina Child Passenger Safety Conference.

Refunds:

Refunds of registration fees can be made for cancellations made through February 24, 2012. REFUNDS CAN NOT BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE FEBRUARY 25th OR LATER.

Registration Deadline:

Registrations and registration fees must be received by Friday February 24, 2012. On-site registrations will not be accepted without prior approval.

You must print your pre-registration confirmation form and mail it in with payment. If you need to retrieve and reprint your pre-registration confirmation document, click here. Registration fees must be paid by check; credit cards are not accepted. When conference eligibility is verified and the registration fee is received you will receive a "registration is complete" confirmation email.
